Our Wines
The Touraine region is highly diversified, just like our range of wines.
For rosé, the Pineau d'Aunis will surprise you with its peppery accents.
For white wine, the Sauvignon has, over the years, become our “speciality." Harvested at prime ripeness, its richness makes a perfect balance with its acidity, its powerful fragrance is nothing but the true Sauvignon fruit.
For our reds, the various tastes are in the nature of each variety: from the lightness and fruitiness of the Gamay to the hearty structure of the Cabernet Franc and of the Côt which we encounter as well in our blend to discover a smooth, tannic wine. (Tandem)
Celebrate, bringing a sparkle to the occasion with the fruity Méthode traditionnelle Rosé or the fine bubbles of Crémant de Loire !
And finally, for something completely different, try our « Poirier d’Hiver », a surprising wine of an ice harvest, 100% Sauvignon…
Close-up on Touraine Chenonceaux
Being accepted to the Appellation Touraine Chenonceaux springs from several years of rigorous work on selecting the very best parcels of terroir and on the wines produced from this ideal land and soil in its ideal micro-climate. The passion and striving for quality by our wine-growers, driven by their conviction of holding a unique product in these particular vineyards, have now been rewarded.
2011 marked a new stage for the Domain with its first harvest of AOC Touraine Chenonceaux.
