Pineau d'Aunis
This rosé wine, dry and light, is made mostly from the Pineau d’Aunis grapes.
Quite fruity and amazingly refreshing, it shows its typical character through its salmony, almost amber colour, setting the stage for the slightly peppery and spicy taste that will be just as pleasant as its robe.
A classic wine with grilled meats and coldcuts. An audacious choice with sweet-and-sour or oriental dishes.
